Expertise
Lewis joined Addleshaw Goddard as a newly qualified solicitor in September 2021. Whilst training at a large international firm, Lewis worked with a range of areas of law and highly regulated sectors, and spent time on secondment at a global creative-production and business-service group, where he gained experience reviewing, drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements.
Prior to his career in law, Lewis was responsible for running an SME serving an international client base within a successful group of property-services companies for several years. He also spent time as a manager in another innovative business within the same group, where he was responsible for a project to introduce new technology and knowhow to the UK market.
Experience include:
- Assisting with advising various public-sector bodies, including NHS Trusts, in relation to variations to existing PFI Project Agreements and operational PFI issues, including addition and removal of services, refinancing and early-stage dispute resolution; and
- Assisting with advising National Grid on several commercial matters.
