Caoimhe advises clients across a wide range of areas in corporate and commercial law. Her experience includes advising on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, venture capital and commercial contracts. 

Caoimhe advises companies on early stage investment rounds and employment share option plans. She also has experience in commercial contracts, to include drafting commercial contracts, general terms and conditions, supply agreements, distribution agreements and manufacturing agreements in various industries. Caoimhe has also advised on product regulations for products being launched in the Irish market. 

More generally Caoimhe has advised on extensive corporate governance practices, compliance with the Companies Act 2014 and other legislation specific to the business or industry of the client and on international mergers and acquisitions.
