Graham has a broad practice but particular areas of interest include:

  • the energy sector, where Graham has significant experience in working on - and successfully delivering - solar, wind and EFW projects, acting for both originators and investors
  • office - led development projects, having worked on various key (and award-winning) sites throughout the country and dealing with elements throughout the lifecyle, through to eventual disposal
  • large scale transactional projects with multiple teams and property interests (extending to project and transaction design and the integration of legal tech)
  • corporate acquisitions
