Christopher is an Associate in our litigation team, specialising in banking and finance.
Christopher has significant experience in high-value, complex matters, including High Court commercial litigation; professional negligence; fraud; insolvency; and contractual disputes. He has assisted in multi-party litigation with experience at trial and a range of interim applications. Christopher has also run a number of matters under conditional and discounted fee agreements, working closely with third party litigation funders.
Based on his wider dispute resolution background, Christopher acts for clients primarily in financial services, with a focus on Building Societies, Banks, and Asset Finance lenders.
Prior to practising Law, Christopher read Medicine and Pharmacology & Physiology at the University of Manchester, then spent a number of years in business-to-business commerce and marketing.
