Brian joined Addleshaw Goddard in 2011. He advises a wide range of institutional and commercial clients on all aspects of commercial Real Estate, including acquisitions and disposals, development, landlord and tenant, asset management and property finance. He has extensive experience of due diligence for large complex sites as well as corporate transactions and project management of both small and large teams under tight timetables.

  • Leading the real estate aspects of the refinancing of Bruntwood's entire £600m of debt over a period of several years to support their future growth and development plans
  • Acting for Bruntwood on high profile acquisitions and disposals including the sale of City Tower to Schroders for £132m and their recent purchase of Commercial Union House
  • Acting for a leading savings and investment business on high value acquisitions, disposals and lettings
  • Acting for landowners on disposals to residential house builders and working with land promoter Gladman Developments as one of their recommended solicitors
