• advising a digital health disruptor on the privacy implications (including in relation to international transfers) of the expansion of their technology into the Middle East including negotiations with various interested governmental and regulatory parties
• acting for a Premier League football club on strategic technology procurement issues and player and fan-facing privacy matters including designing and implementing an organisation-wise privacy compliance programme
• acting for a high street retailer on contracting across their digital channels and the privacy implications of a variety of customer-facing technology offerings
• advising a public health body on the privacy compliance of the use of artificial intelligence to improve patient outcomes within clinics
• advising a national sports governing body on privacy compliance including negotiating member and athlete data-sharing partnerships with various external sporting, research, local authority and commercial bodies and advising on contentious privacy issues relating to former employees 
• acting for a luxury confectioner on the procurement of a variety of business-critical IT systems across their APAC operations 
• advising a professional governing body on the continued international transfer post-Brexit of fitness to practice information including drafting anticipatory data transfer agreements
• advising a global customer data science company on the creation of their standard Master Services Agreement and privacy implications of a variety of ‘customer data science’ offerings including the provision of those services across a European network of local entities
• acting for a Big Four accounting firm on the procurement of artificial intelligence-based automated document classification and extraction software
