- acting for a Premier League football club on strategic technology procurement issues and player and fan-facing privacy matters including designing and implementing an organisation-wise privacy compliance programme
- acting for a high street retailer on contracting across their digital channels and the privacy implications of a variety of customer-facing technology offerings
- advising a public health body on the privacy compliance of the use of artificial intelligence to improve patient outcomes within clinics
- advising a national sports governing body on privacy compliance including negotiating member and athlete data-sharing partnerships with various external sporting, research, local authority and commercial bodies and advising on contentious privacy issues relating to former employees
- acting for a luxury confectioner on the procurement of a variety of business-critical IT systems across their APAC operations
- advising a professional governing body on the continued international transfer post-Brexit of fitness to practice information including drafting anticipatory data transfer agreements
- advising a global customer data science company on the creation of their standard Master Services Agreement and privacy implications of a variety of ‘customer data science’ offerings including the provision of those services across a European network of local entities
