Amanda has over 30 years of experience as a finance lawyer. She has broad experience of debt products but in recent years has focused primarily on debt facilities for mid cap corporates and professional practices. She has a particular focus on ESG and sustainable finance including sustainability linked loans.

Beyond her practice in corporate debt, Amanda co-leads the firms largest sector, Financial Services - fostering and developing the firm's relationships with banks, asset managers, fintechs, wealth managers and insurers both domestically and internationally

Amanda's experience:

• advises housebuilder Morris Homes on its various debt facilities including unitranche and super senior revolving credit facilities as well as funding from Homes England and other funders on a site-specific basis
• advises lender clubs on debt facilities to large corporates across all sectors, including sustainability linked loans
• advises on funding to professional practices including advising several banks on the creation of bespoke partner capital loan facilities and advising a leading UK accountancy firm on its bank debt facilities.
