  • Advises lenders on the appointment of administrators and fixed charge receivers, dealing with applications to extend administration periods and advising insolvency practitioners in relation to all aspects of formal insolvency processes, including contractual disputes and landlord/tenant issues.
  • Acts for the major UK lenders reviewing security and facility documents to assist with formulating recovery and enforcement strategies.
  • Provides enforcement advice to a major UK bank in relation to a private banking portfolio of 13 securities owned by a high-profile customer.
  • Acts on behalf of administrators in relation to distressed business and property sales in England and Scotland.
  • Acted on behalf of the Administrators of a large knitwear manufacturing company in relation to the sale of its assets and intellectual property in 2016.
