Australian qualified lawyer who joined the Financial Regulation team as an Associate in late 2017.  Caroline's experience to date has included:

  • providing advice to a multinational client looking to offer services in reliance on an exclusion within PSD2, involving:
  • instructing and managing relationships with counsel for several jurisdictions, and collating their advice 
  • mapping the requirements and analysing nuances in the law implementing PSD2, and providing solutions for the client 
  • understanding the notification requirements and drafting legal documents for the client  
  • supporting a foreign bank with its PSD2 implementation project, and carrying out a full-scale gap analysis of the business
  • assisting with the review of proposed amendments to several debt sale purchase agreements for a major UK bank
  • reviewing mortgage intermediary agreements for a major bank in light of GDPR
