Zoë is a pensions associate based in London. She advises trustees and corporate clients on all aspects of pensions law in relation particularly to defined benefit and defined contribution schemes.
Zoë's recent experience includes advising on the post-April 2015 pension flexibilities; advising on scheme closure, wind-ups and mergers; advising trustees in relation to member-nominated trustee arrangements; advising trustees and employers generally in relation to amendments to scheme documents; and drafting and reviewing communications with scheme members.
