He has in excess of 20 years' experience of high quality transactional work ranging from town centre public perceives care sector joint venture redevelopments to the acquisition, redevelopment and sale of portfolios of shopping centres. Additionally he has acted for occupiers in taking leases of all types of real estate from industrial large distribution centres to city centre office space and is adept at negotiating agreements for such leases involving staged works and reconfigurations.
Patrick has acted in many occasions for offshore entities in tax driven vehicles for acquisition and disposal including forward commitments and funding.
In recent transactions, he has dealt with large mixed use residential and student led schemes involving innovative funding structures.
His clients include Bruntwood, Capital and Centric, Cole Waterhouse, Swansway Group, Peveril Securities and Zerum Real Estate.
Some recent transactions upon which has led teams are the multi million pound redevelopment of Jackson’s Row in Manchester for a consortium led by Gary Neville and Ryan Giggs, and the acquisition of the Great Northern leisure complex for a Far East investor.
