Matthew is a Managing Associate in the Corporate Division and undertakes a wide range of corporate work including M&A, JVs, corporate re-organisations and restructuring and corporate governance matters, with a particular focus on the Financial Services sector.

Matthew has advised on numerous transactions recently in the Financial Services sector, including advising the selling shareholders on the sale of Ogier Fiduciary Services (now Elian) to Electra, advising the selling shareholders on the sale of JTC Group Limited to CBPE Capital and advising FX Corporation on the sale of Eurochange Limited.

Matthew also advises clients on M&A transactions outside of the Financial Services sector, with recent deals including advising Endless LLP on the acquisition of Limited from Wm Morrison Supermarkets plc, advising the selling group on the sale of Bizspace Limited and advising BUPA on its acquisition of Richmond Care Villages Holdings Limited.
