Charlotte is an Associate in the Commercial and Construction Disputes team based in our Dubai office. She specialises in international arbitration, litigation and investigations across a spectrum of industries including infrastructure, energy & utilities, finance, retail and real estate.
Prior to joining the Dubai office of Addleshaw Goddard, Charlotte practiced in our Manchester and Oman offices.
Charlotte's recent experience includes:
- Acting on behalf of a Korean manufacturing company in a DIFC-LCIA arbitration concerning a consortium dispute over a large power and water desalination plant in Saudi Arabia.
- Acting on behalf of a Syndicate of 10 banks and successfully obtaining a worldwide freezing order in the Dubai International Financial Centre.
- Acting on behalf of an individual in a DIFC-LCIA arbitration arising out of a shareholders dispute valued at over USD 2 billion concerning an online food delivery application.
- Acting on behalf of an aluminium sub-contractor in a DIAC arbitration concerning a sub-contract dispute over the aluminium works.
