Jennifer is an Associate in our London Financial Regulation team. Jennifer has been involved in a wide range of regulatory matters (for both retail and wholesale clients) including compliance with legislation relating to prudential requirements, the consumer credit regime, banking regulation, payment systems and e-money regulation and general compliance with the rules of the Financial Conduct Authority and Prudential Regulation Authority.
She has particular experience in the development and regulation of digital financial services. She is interested in innovative financial services and products, including electronic payments, mobile payments, prepaid cards, money transmission and digital currencies.
Jennifer is involved in the firm's Brexit practice. She has advised clients on the implications of Brexit on their business in terms of both authorisation issues and ongoing compliance with changing regulation. She has looked at issues of equivalence, third country provisions across EU legislation and worked on a granular analysis of the legislation applying to an inwardly passporting bank branch post-Brexit.
