Jemma acts on all aspects of mergers and acquisitions, with particular expertise in private equity transactions. She advises corporate clients, private equity houses, management teams and portfolio companies. Jemma returned to her home in Manchester to join Addleshaw Goddard after gaining a wealth of experience working with a team initially based at a Magic Circle law firm before their move to a top US law firm.
