I joined Addleshaw Goddard in October 2022 and am an Associate in the London Corporate team. My experience to date has been focused on private domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, joint ventures, corporate re-organisations, shareholders' agreements and articles of association. In particular, I have experience acting for shareholders in the context of private disposals. Since joining Addleshaw Goddard, I have assisted in preparing documentation for a recommended takeover of an AIM listed client.

I have acted for clients in a variety of sectors including Technology, Healthcare, FinTech, Retail & Consumer and Manufacturing. 

• Advising the individual shareholders of a footfall counting and AI analytics provider to a US trade buyer
• Assisting the corporate sole shareholder of a UK leading health-tech platform to Access Group, a leading provider of business management software
• Assisting the sale of three subsidiaries leading in the design and UK-based manufacture of high quality outdoor and street lighting
• Assisting an automotive company in their restructure by way of a capital reduction and demerger
• Assisting the individual shareholders of an independent heating and plumbing merchant on its sale to a trade buyer.
