James is a Managing Associate in our corporate practice, based in Dubai.
Having worked in both London and Australia before moving to Dubai, James has substantial corporate and M&A experience (both domestic and cross-border), including acting on public and private M&A, private equity transactions, joint ventures and shareholder arrangements.
Prior to joining AG, James worked in the London office of a Magic Circle law firm.
