Mhairi is a corporate associate in the Dubai office, having initially qualified into the Edinburgh corporate team following the successful completion of her two year training contract with the firm in 2018 before moving to the Dubai office in April 2022. Mhairi is an enthusiastic and conscientious member of the team and is experienced in advising on mergers and acquisitions, as well as private equity transactions.

• Advising Activpayroll Ltd, a global payroll business, and its principal shareholders on the acquisition of the Activpayroll group by Tenzing 
• Advising Commsworld Holdings Limited and its principal shareholders on an investment into the company by LDC 
• Advising Waracle Limited, one of the UK's largest mobile app developers, on an investment into the company by BGF
• Advising the principal shareholders of Base Sports, a London based football agency, to CAA Sports Limited, a US based acquirer 
• Advising GLAS, a global independent provider of debt administration services, and its principal shareholders on a strategic investment into the GLAS group by Levine Leichtman Capital Partners, a private equity firm based in the United States.
