Ben Collins is an Associate in the Addleshaw Goddard corporate team. Ben advises regional and national corporates on acquisitions, disposals and corporate transactions, with has a particular focus on private equity transactions.


Ben's experience to date includes:

  • advising Equistone on its buyout of WHP Telecoms
  • advising the shareholders of Deep Sea Electronics on the £176,000,000 sale of the entire issued share capital to Caledonia
  • acting for Volpi Capital on its c. £27m buyout of Digital Barriers
  • advising Phoenix Equity Partners on its buyout of the Nineteen Group
  • advising Inflexion Private Equity Partners LLP on its minority investment in Medivet
  • advising Metro Bank plc on various mortgage portfolios acquisitions, totalling over £1.3billion in aggregate
  • advising Key Capital Partners on its buyout of Yorktest Laboratories
  • Advising WSP Parsons Brinckerhoff on its £75,000,000 acquisition of Mouchel Limited by from Kier Group plc
  • advising Mintra Group (a Riverside-backed business)  in respect of the acquisition of Atlas Knowledge Limited
  • Advising Callcredit Information Group on its acquisitions of Smart Analytics Holding Limited and Recipero Limited 
  • advising North Edge on its disposal of Sumo Digital Holdings Limited.
