- Acting for the Hestia fund in relation to the acquisition and forward funding of a development of a site for residential use by London Square
- Lease work for German investor, the Kanam Grund Group on its portfolio of office premises in central London
- Acting for LabTech in the letting of central London office premises
- Acting for British Land on the acquisition of a tech park site and on disposals and asset-management work across their retail portfolio
