Monica Burch is a partner in Addleshaw Goddard's contentious practice and a member of the firm's Governance Board.
Monica has acted in disputes in diverse jurisdictions including USA, South Africa, Iceland, Ghana, India, Dubai, and most European jurisdictions. She litigates through arbitration and the courts, and her broad experience includes contractual disputes, (including rectification, specific performance injunctions, warranties and indemnities, termination, and royalties), minority shareholder disputes, partnership disputes, passing off, use of confidential information, and copyright disputes.
Monica has experience of US litigation having practiced in a US law firm in New York. She is one of "The Lawyer" magazine's "Hot 100" Lawyers for 2007, and is highly recommended in the Legal 500 directory. Monica is an accredited CEDR mediator
