Monica Burch is a partner in Addleshaw Goddard's contentious practice and Chairperson of the firm's Governance Board.
She advises on a wide range of contractual claims including rectification, specific performance injunctions, warranties and indemnities and bringing and defending unfair prejudice actions on behalf of shareholders.
Monica has experience of US litigation (having practised in New York at a leading New York law firm) and international arbitration and litigation. Her recent experience encompasses diverse countries including Iceland, Ghana, Dubai, USA and Europe.
Monica is an accredited CEDR mediator.
Her clients include Railtrack PLC, Marconi, British Energy, TxU, Guinness plc and Diageo.
