Addleshaw Goddard's 17 strong commercial tax team operates out of Leeds, London and Manchester.

We have a tax practice which is noted for both its breadth and depth. The breadth of our practice is reflected in our many areas of specialist expertise, details of which are listed under Key Products and Services. The depth of our practice has been recognised by the two main legal directories, in which a number or our partners are listed as leading experts.

Key Facts

We are increasingly appointed to provide standalone tax advice or as the sole or main tax adviser on transactions thus moving away from the traditional role of a law firm tax department of merely servicing the corporate finance and property departments.

Increasing scope and complexity of work - including cross border experience.
