Whilst its clients primarily include insolvency practitioners and banks, the group also frequently advises creditors and directors.
Local Government
The Local Government team forms a dedicated resource, but it also comprises a growing network across the firm that is able to deliver specialist expertise to secure the objectives of the public sector within the regulatory frameworks that apply. Collectively, the team has significant experience of advising local authorities on major projects and leading edge programmes.
Infrastructure, Projects and Energy
The Infrastructure, Projects and Energy (IPE) Group, led by Mike O'Connor, is recognised nationally as one of the leading legal advisory teams in its field by independent reviewers of the legal profession. This National Group has extensive strength and depth and acts for a wide public sector client base, Public Private Partnerships (PPP), major projects sponsors and Private Finance Initiative (PFI) funding institutions.
Restructuring
