Andrew is the head of Addleshaw Goddard's Private Equity practice, based in the London office. He has acted on a wide range of international and domestic private equity led transactions, follow on investments and acquisitions as well as successful exits of private equity investments through IPOs and refinancings including securitisation. Andrew is ranked as a private equity specialist in both the UK and international editions of Chambers Guide to the Legal Profession.
Recent transactions include representing Lord Foster and the other founder shareholders on the investment in Foster and Partners by 3i, acting for the board of Sesame Group Limited on its takeover by Friends Provident; Dunedin Capital Partners on the buyout of Gissings Advisory Services Limited and on the disposal of Fernau Avionics Limited, acting for Pinnacle Founders Holdings SARL on its disposal of interests in Pinnacle Partners SARL to Merrill Lynch and acting for Employment Services Holdings of Australia on its acquisition of Pertempts People Development Group Limited.
