David Engel is a commercial litigation partner specialising in reputation management and media litigation, including defamation, privacy, and confidentiality, and in advising hedge funds on dispute resolution as leader of the firm's HedgeDefence team.
In addition, he advises on protection of reputation and IP rights online, domain name disputes, website content and ISP liability, as well as general commercial litigation.
