Addleshaw Goddard (AG) has joined with other organisations, including RBS, Santander and KPMG, in a drive for greater parental leave and pay transparency, by agreeing to publish details of its parental leave policies on its website.

The move is in support of a campaign by Jo Swinson MP aimed at helping to tackle discrimination against new parents and pregnant women in workplaces.

As a Times Top 50 Employer for Women and a Shared Parental Leave pioneer, AG is committed to creating a flexible and family friendly work environment, and recognises that those seeking careers with the firm may be interested in these policies.

Niki Lawson, HR Director at Addleshaw Goddard, comments: "We are committed to creating a family friendly workplace which supports new and expectant parents, and that is why we are proud to join the move for greater transparency around parental policies."
