Following on the back of the hires of four KWM Real Estate partners, Addleshaw Goddard has announced the appointment of Construction Partner Julia Court.


Described as a commercially minded, 'super lawyer', Julia brings with her a wealth of experience advising private and public sector owners, developers, funders, and contractors throughout the full construction cycle.

Julia's significant experience in sectors including transport, energy & renewables, PFI/ PPP and facilities management, supports both AG's sector and divisional strategic growth aims and bolsters the firm's construction expertise in London.

Working on high-profile UK development projects including; Regent Street's £1.8 billion investment programme and the redevelopment of 60 Holborn Viaduct, Julia's work also stretches globally, where she has worked on PFI, rail and infrastructure mandates.

AG is significantly investing in the growth of its RE and Construction teams with recent hires including; William Boss, Luke Harvey, Michael Scott and Simon Tager from KWM and Gerlando Butera from Nabarro in Singapore.

Over the past month, AG has made five partner, 8 lawyer, 2 legal PA and 3 business services appointments from KWM – bolstering its RE, Banking and BD London teams.
