Addleshaw Goddard's leading Private Equity team has advised Foresight on its £3.45m investment into Indian street food business, Mowgli Street Food.


The investment, which is the sixth from Foresight's Regional Investment Fund, will allow the business to expand its current offering, which includes restaurants in Manchester and Liverpool across the UK.

As part of the deal, Matthew Peck, former Head of Finance at Byron Hamburgers, has been appointed as Finance Director and Karen Jones, who previously founded Café Rouge and now is Chair of Hawksmoor, has been appointed as Chair.

The AG team was led by PE Partner Andy Green alongside Katie Parker and Becky Dove.

AG's North West PE team is a powerhouse in the local market, advising on key instructions, including advising LDC on its exit from Creative Engagement, NorthEdge on its investment into FIS and Phoenix on the sale of Key Retirement Group.
