We believe that to make this happen, we need to consider the way that we conduct ourselves and our business, looking from the outside in.

Who does our business have an impact on? Who are we responsible to? Who do we need to consider when we are taking business decisions? How do we ensure that we create a sustainable business model, that takes full account of all of the stakeholders in our firm?

The conclusion. We can define four responsibilities under our CSR programme - to our People, our Marketplace, our Community and the Environment.  Working with our stakeholders, we aim to create opportunities to make a difference and leave a positive legacy.
